For Men who are starting out their yoga journey!
We have had a number of our male friends come up to us and say they are very keen to try the live classes on Thursdays – however, they are not flexible enough, have never been to yoga, would rather die than embarrass themselves next to Stretchy Sue who can put her legs behind her head.
So…we have come up with a solution, a 5-class pack that takes you through the basics, and by the end of the course, you should be able to join a class.
We will cover:
- Breathwork
- Sitting / alternatives
- Meditation practices
- Breaking down sun salutation A
- Breaking down sun salutation B
- A beginner’s flow
The classes would run weekly (online or in person) and we will do our best to find a time that works for both of us. So be in touch, if you have any questions…
