– Phosphorus types are extroverted, expressive, affectionate, friendly and sympathetic. They may lack boundaries and be too open and sensitive. They flush with excitement. They’re quick thinking, intelligent, sociable. Children are especially very affectionate and chatty, curious, ask lots of questions, and may battle with attention and concentration. Can be a bit scattered in thoughts, lots of imagination which can lead to fears and anxieties, especially at night to ghosts, thunderstorms, the dark etc.
– They suffer from nervous exhaustion and stress.
– They’re often tall slender hungry children, may grow fast and get exhausted. They have a tendency to easy bleeding e.g. nose bleeds, gums bleed, bruise easily, heavy menses.
– Colds quickly descend into chest with burning, coughing, may develop into pneumonia.
– Desire ice-cold drinks.

Dosage:
Adults & Children: Administer a dose of 5 drops directly under the tongue.
Infants & babies: Either 1-2 drops directly into mouth or dilute 5 drops in half a teaspoon of boiled and cooled water.
Acute: Doses may be given every 30 min-2 hours, depending on condition and state of patient, reduce this frequency as symptoms improve to 3 x daily, stop once better.
Chronic: Doses may be given up to 3 x daily, or as needed.
The mouth should be free from food, drink and recently brushed teeth, avoid these for at least 15 minutes before or after administering the selected remedy.
