– Tongue has a white coating with a red triangle at the tip, sore spots on the tongue.

– Needs to move around, stiffness at start of motion, eases with continued movement. Restless legs at night. Pains from strains and over-lifting. Extreme restlessness internal and physical. Worse at night. Desire to stretch.

– Stiffness, pains and chills in colds and flus. Cellulitis and infections. Vesicular eruptions, herpes, shingles, chicken pox, vesicular eczema on hands, with itching and burning, better with hot application.

Dosage:

Acute: Doses may be given every 30 min-2 hours, depending on condition and state of patient, reduce this frequency as symptoms improve to 3 x daily, stop once better.

Chronic: Doses may be given up to 3 x daily, or as needed.

The mouth should be free from food, drink and recently brushed teeth, avoid these for at least 15 minutes before or after administering the selected remedy.
