About Us

Read more about the journey of Healthy Hunnies and how we got to where we are below.

Our Story

Our friendship spans almost 20 years but our Healthy Hunnies journey started in 2012 with one goal in mind, to make healthy living easier and more accessible to as many people as possible.

8 years down the line and what seems like a lifetime of experiences. We have gained so much more knowledge on what it means to be healthy. We believe in nourishing the body, not restricting it, and balancing the body rather than “fixing” it. Healthy Hunnies is back this time with a focus on women’s health, from body balance to birth and beyond. Our programs, courses, guidelines, and movement practices can be moulded to everyone, including new Moms.

Our focus is holistic including guidelines on nutrition, movement and stress release. The body cannot be healthy in an inflamed and stressed state. We all know how bad stress can be but we aren’t always given the practical tools to bring the body out of “fight or flight”. Our daily practices and guidelines not only seek to nourish your body but also set you on a path of abundance.

The Story of our logo

Our logo, a heart enclosed by a bee hive chosen back in 2012, was more insightful than we could ever have  imagined. when this journey started. We knew we wanted to help people but we weren’t sure what that would look like. 8 years later and our path has never been this clear.

The hive is a symbol of home, the bee is a symbol of wholesome child rearing, love within the family, domestic stability, harmony and open communication among family members.

Our focus is on women’s health, from body balance to birth and beyond. Our programmes, guidelines and movement practices can be moulded to everyone’s needs, including new Moms and people with limited time available.

Meet Tash

Founder of The Healthy Hunnies

Tash has been naturally drawn to the health and wellness industry for most of her life, beginning her yoga journey at the age of 20, she started to feel the benefits of a holistic approach to life. While Tash has traveled the world for her work, as a Chief Stewardess on Superyacht, she has taken the time and opportunity to be taught and educated by some amazing yoga practitioners around the world.

She did her Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in 2016, where she immersed herself in a month of intensive training with the most wonderful group of yogis in the heart of Chiang Mai. Training in Ashtanga yoga gave her an absolute love for the integrity of the form of the pose and the breath. Focusing on the breath has in fact become such an important part of her life, as she has learned to navigate her way through an interesting spiritual journey, using the power of breath, gratitude journaling, meditation, and movement.

Tash loves to share the benefits of these practices with people around her. She finds people are naturally drawn to her to speak about these elements and she is therefore so excited to share these with a broader online community. Taking the practice of yoga and applying it to the game of life.

About Kimberly

Meet Kimberly

Founder of The Healthy Hunnies

Kimberly is a nutritional coach with 10 years of experience in the health industry. She is passionate about moving away from the “calories in-calories out “ diet culture to an approach that focuses on helping people tune into their body’s innate wisdom. It’s not about how much you are eating but rather about the quality of what you are eating. She strongly believes that a nourished balanced body doesn’t hold onto weight, pain, discomfort, or injury.

After years of experience and witnessing the power of food and how the body can heal when past traumas are released and stress is managed. Kimberly is about to complete a degree in Holistic Health and plans to continue working towards a doctorate in Natural Medicine, with a special focus on the mind, spirit, and body connection to health.

Kimberly works with clients to help bring back balance to the body through quality foods and supplementation.
