SNACK HACK

Chop up a range of crudites to snack on while you prepare dinner this way you load up on all the enzymes you get from raw food whilst keeping your hunger at bay while you cook.

Carrots, Mange Tout, Cucumber, Pepper, etc. Dip into some hummus or guacamole if you have some.

CHICKPEA RECIPE

Bake dried chickpeas in the preheated oven on a prepared baking sheet for 15 minutes at 180 degrees (do not add any of the other ingredients yet)!

Remove the chickpeas from the oven and drizzle ½ TBS olive oil over the chickpeas, stirring until evenly coated. If necessary, slowly add more olive oil until all the chickpeas are lightly coated with olive oil.

Add spices of choice to chickpeas and stir until evenly coated.

Bake at 180 degrees for 10 more minutes, then stir.
