    For the beginners who are starting out their yoga journey!

    We have had a number of our male friends come up to us and say they are very keen to try the live classes on Thursdays – however, they are not flexible enough, have never been to yoga, would rather die than embarrass themselves next to Stretchy Sue who can put her legs behind her head.

    So…we have come up with a solution, an online 6-class pack that takes you through the basics, and by the end of the online course, you should be able to join a class.
