I must say. I feel like the fast was more mental work for me than physical. I didn’t get bursts of energy but I was able to do my normal day to day running around. It is very nice to have a ‘clean slate’ to work with now and get back to enjoying preparing and cooking meals again. I am also looking forward to forward to feeling fuelled enough to train properly again. I have loved every bit of the last 2 weeks especially the huge mental effort it took to do the fast.

“Hey Kim. Much to my surprise, I did manage right up until Easter Sunday, where I allowed myself to indulge a little bit rather than the last day of post-cleanse. “I learned to appreciate eating ‘living’ colorful food that I could transform into really tasty dishes that I looked forward to . I learned that I had become stuck in old habits of grabbing the quickest meal (toast, pies, processed cooked meals) to save time. However eating as I did during the detox program, slowed down the process of eating and the preparation time was enjoyable and not as long as I had imagined.
