“I learned to appreciate eating ‘living’ colorful food that I could transform into really tasty dishes that I looked forward to . I learned that I had become stuck in old habits of grabbing the quickest meal (toast, pies, processed cooked meals) to save time. However eating as I did during the detox program, slowed down the process of eating and the preparation time was enjoyable and not as long as I had imagined. I felt really great at the end of 14 days and even a little sad that it had to come to an end.  I am much more mindful now about what I put into my body and more aware of what my body needs.  I will definitely repeat the program at least once a year. “Hey Kim. Much to my surprise, I did manage right up until Easter Sunday, where I allowed myself to indulge a little bit rather than the last day of post-cleanse.
